the beginning of my poem

so i decided to take mj's advice and start with the man in the mirror
you see goin into this thng it seemed easy.. "be the chnge you wanna see, right"
but suddenly it seem like the world was against me
like i was the enemy
like i was doin something wrong
like i had choose to chemically change nature
like i had chose to gt close to the heat jus so his heart cud skip a beat
but no, not me
i jus chose to let it flow
jus let my hair grow
..
but win they seen it they shud have damn near screamed it
"simone, ur hair is fuckn ugly"
